3.2 Unauthorized Access. Acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, and PRC identification card. 3.4 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 86ph reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500) to inactive accounts with a remaining real money balance, after providing thirty (30) days' advance notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed without further notice.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 86ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any other person. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 86ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking transfer, BDO online banking transfer, Metrobank online banking transfer, and Visa/Mastercard (deposits only). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 86ph does not accept cash deposits or postal money orders.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) via GCash and PayMaya, and two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200) via bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts for specific promotions may differ and will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day when submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Withdrawals above fifty thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000) may require additional verification and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. 4.5 Deposits Subject to Verification. 86ph reserves the right to delay or withhold the processing of deposits or withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 86ph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances including real money funds where permitted by Philippine law, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the 86ph platform, including but not limited to the 86ph name and logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all written content, are owned by or licensed to 86ph. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license interest in any 86ph intellectual property.
8.2 Restricted Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 86ph platform without prior written consent from 86ph. Screen recording of gameplay for personal non-commercial use is permitted, provided it does not include other players' personal information or any content in breach of third-party intellectual property rights.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content on 86ph is provided by third-party game providers under license. All intellectual property rights in individual games remain with their respective developers and publishers.
9.1 Data Collection. 86ph collects, processes, and stores personal data as necessary to provide its services, comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, meet Anti-Money Laundering obligations, and maintain platform security. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 86ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions, interrupted service, or unauthorized account access due to your own failure to secure your credentials.
11.3 Aggregate Cap. In all cases, 86ph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total real money deposited by you into your 86ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. 86ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including Acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, internet infrastructure outages, regulatory actions, or third-party service provider failures.
12.1 Grounds for Suspension. 86ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, presented a risk of harm to 86ph or other players, or for any reason required by PAGCOR or applicable law.
12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your 86ph account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon your request to close your account, any remaining real money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.
12.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon account closure or termination for any reason, all bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not completed their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned in accordance with these Terms.
12.4 Post-Termination Obligations. Termination of your account does not release you from any obligation that arose prior to the effective date of termination, including any amounts owed to 86ph, reporting obligations under applicable law, or civil liability for breaches of these Terms.
13.1 Internal Complaints Process. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 86ph platform, you must first contact the 86ph customer support team through the live chat function or by email. 86ph will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a resolution within seven (7) business days of receiving all relevant information.
13.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 86ph's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Regulatory complaints submitted to PAGCOR must include your account details, a description of the dispute, the steps already taken to resolve it with 86ph, and copies of any relevant correspondence.
13.3 Finality of Game Results. Game results generated by certified RNG systems and live dealer equipment that have been verified as technically sound are final. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes that are not attributable to a documented technical malfunction will not be revisited under the complaints process.

15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. By registering an 86ph account, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts for such purposes.
15.3 PAGCOR Authority. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the supervisory, investigative, or enforcement authority of PAGCOR with respect to the 86ph platform and its players.
